TIMOMAX does not charge animal-welfare organisations, and it is not able to. The database refuses to place a shelter, rescue, foster network, wildlife rehabilitator or welfare nonprofit on a paid tier — it is a constraint, not a pricing decision somebody could quietly reverse next year.
The commercial side — vets, boarding, groomers, stores — pays for the welfare side. That is the arrangement, and it is the right way round.
What you get
Built for the Friday evening, not the quarterly report.
Report overflow
Four taps and a number: what you need, which animal, how many, how urgent. It reaches every verified organisation in range — rescues, foster homes, boarding facilities and transport partners at the same time. If it takes longer than sending a text, it is broken and we want to know.
Report room
Tell the network you have space, and be found by the shelter forty miles away that is over capacity tonight. Reports expire after 72 hours so the queue stays worth reading.
- Capacity — per animal type, with the time it was last confirmed shown beside it. Nothing is published as current when it is not.
- Matching — animals against available placements, with the reasoning shown. Hard requirements disqualify rather than deduct: a rescue that cannot take cats is removed from a cat’s results, with the reason stated.
- Transport — relay legs, driver credentials, and a chain of custody that refuses a handoff unless both people are named.
- Fostering — homes, availability, and placements awaiting your approval. Foster addresses are protected structurally, not by policy.
- Funding — contributions go to your organisation directly. TIMOMAX takes no cut and never holds the money.
What will never happen
The commitments, stated plainly.
- 01 You will never be charged to appear, to be found, or to be recommended.
- 02 A paying business cannot outrank you, and cannot reach your records. Commercial standing is invisible to every ranking query.
- 03 Your capacity, animals and finances stay yours. An organisation answering your request sees the need and the area — not your account.
- 04 TIMOMAX will not publish a number you did not give it, and will not estimate one to fill a gap.
- 05 A person approves every placement. Nothing about an animal is decided automatically.
The pilot
We are looking for the first thirty.
TIMOMAX is starting in one metropolitan area, because a network that is thin everywhere helps nobody. We are looking for roughly 25 boarding facilities, 6 shelters, 8 rescues, 4 emergency veterinary hospitals, and the foster and transport organisations that work alongside them.
Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. What we would want from you first is honest criticism: whether the overflow report is genuinely fast enough to use at seven on a Friday, and what it gets wrong.
